Valentine fayre

Hello everyone,

We we are well into the new year and we are planning a Valentine craft and food

fayre at Goring village hall on Saturday 11th February from 10am to 2pm.

There will be plenty of gift ideas including cakes and chocolate, homeware,

bags and fashion accessories and lots of food to try.

And you don't have to be part of a loved up couple - why not

just treat yourself! Refreshments will be available

and there will be a raffle with proceeds going to the Sue Ryder Hospice.

We hope to see you there.

Face of Henley

Great day Exhibiting at Face of Henley with Jacky. Especially as Antony Worrall Thompson paid us all a visit and  made the must supurb soup.

Best of all he bought some Taggiasca Olives and Anchovies in Olive Oil from our stall!

Trunkwell House Event

Jacky and I had a good day Saturday at Trunkwell house and thanks to Adrienne for covering me on Friday.
Where were all the people Sunday? very quite day although beautiful weather wise. People are feeling the pinch, which means they are browsing first! not good for us stall holders but I can't blame them :-)

The sun shone for my photo with Raymond Blanc. I was on cloud nine for days, soooo charming and passionate about all things to do with food. I now know Raymond loves Truffle, he is holding the anchovies in truffle oil he bought from me. I may just have to take some fresh truffle to him soon :-). ITS TRUFFLE SEASON.

Can't wait for next year's food festival! Thank you to KT Bruce for taking the photo, please send me more. :-)

Henley International Film Festival

Very excited. We have just signed up to be at the Henley International Film Festival on November 4th, 5th and 6th. The theme this year is food so hopefully our products will go down well while visitors watch a classic film or two.
Why not buy your ticket and pop along to see us - enjoy the movies with a glass of prosecco.

Marlow Event

Jacky and I did the Marlow Food Festival event at the Crown Hotel. Delighted to have met Giancarlo Caldesi, who is from Tuscany. Here is the chef himself with me and Jacky. He wished us much success!

Raymond Blanc

Well I am just on cloud nine. So much been happening and not enough time to blog!

Having now met Raymond Blanc I am wondering whether I should do French delicacies, he is so lovely and such a charmer!

He bought a few of my truffle products - I do hope he enjoys them. He even asked me to change the labels to red, white and blue. Funny that!

Wokingham Food Festival

Under the Tuscan Sun

A while since I have written anything! even though I have been busy and had lots to write!

I have been a few days in Tuscany for business pleasure shall we say. Sourcing products is my business but also a pleasure. I have been with a very good friend of mine Laura and an inspiring new friend called Joyce Petschek. I want to thank her for all her help!

Credit Card Machine

I am very pleased to announce I now have a credit card payment machine, whoopee!  I will make life easy for you when buying. I am so pleased I now have one. You can phone through your order and pay over the phone!

Chocolate liqueur

Breakfast Biscotti

Early start this morning! 7am at the Hilton Hotel in Reading to meet a great crowed of people and have breakfast and talk about business, how cool is that!

I went to found out what Business Breakfast Biscotti was all about. Emma met me and was really warm and welcoming, Steve was a wealth of Knowledge. You would have to pay good money in normal circumstances to pick his brain, but hey it cost me just a breakfast.!
I have always believed in social networking more than social media, now I believe in both! I still think it is hard work to keep up the two but I am going to give it a try. The only thing missing was the biscotti. next time I'll take some of mine. :-)
